Troop 755 On Facebook and Twitter

Posted by admin on Apr 29 2020 - 11:52pm

If you haven't visited our Scout-run Facebook page, now is the time.  If you are a member of Facebook, go to www.facebook.com/troop755 and join.  The objective of this effort is to have fun and to provide interested troop members with what is going in the Troop from the boy's perspective.  Note that this is not an official channel of communication and will not replace e-mails and the Troop website as your official source of information for Troop 755.

As a reminder, Troop 755 is also on Twitter and you can follow us @troop755.  Often you can follow the boys on campouts as adult leaders post tweets during the trip. The intent of this effort is to have a little fun as well as provide a central clearinghouse of various Scouting activities that are taking place on Social Media.  We have over 215 followers so far -- please help us get to 100! Don't want to become a Twitter user but would like to stay connected?  You can text "follow troop755" to 40404 and you will receive all of the Troop 755 tweets on your phone as SMS text messages.

If any registered adult leader would like to learn how to publish tweets on the Troop account, please contact the webmaster using the "Contact Us" feature.

ADULT LEADERS:  join the discussion on events and scout leader related online material by joining the adult-led Troop 755 Adult Leaders page.
